Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Method

  • Dissolve the baking soda in the vinegar

  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • 250 grams crème fraiche
  • 200 grams peanut brittle

Method

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 tbsps. unsalted butter (if salted, leave out the 1/4 tsp salt)

Method

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Oreo biscuits
  • 100 grams butter (melted)
  • 500 grams cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 130 grams caster sugar
  • 30 grams dark chocolate (melted)
  • 200 ml whipping cream (very cold)
  • 150 ml liqueur (Amarula Cream)
  • 4 tsps. powdered gelatin.

Method

  • To create the non-bake base, crush the biscuits either in a bowl or a food processor
  • On a low heat stove, add the butter to a pot and wait until melted.
  • Then add biscuit crumbs until it becomes a sandy texture
  • Whip the cream until it is stiff
  • In a small bowl, mix gelatin with the Amarula Cream liqueur and let it stand for three minutes
  • Using a food mixer, mix the cheese and sugar until it is light and fluffy, then add the gelatin and liqueur to the mix
  • After all the mixing, pour the bowl’s contents over the biscuit base and refrigerate for two hours or until set.
